Quick Honey Mustard Chicken Meal Prep

Ingredients

Ingredients for 3 servings

  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast tenders (or breast cut into strips)
  • Marinade
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
    • 2 tablespoons stoneground or Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon garlic
    • 1 teaspoon onion
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • Salad recipe (get here)

Steps

Step 1

Mix together the ingredients for the marinade and rub all over the chicken pieces, then cover and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes (at room temperature).

Step 2

Set a carbon steel or nonstick skillet on medium high heat, and once hot, spray with avocado oil. Add the chicken and cook on each side for 5 – 8 minutes, or until the outside is golden seared and the inside is cooked through.
