On Monday, July 7, 2014, I’m kicking off a 5-day Smoothie Challenge, Street Fighter Edition. As a kid (and young adult), I loved this video game. So, why not find a fun way to combine two of my interests? Healthy eating & Video games.
To get us all consuming more raw veggies & fruits every day, #TeamFMC (@fitmencook, @jhonb973, @lugo_trainer) is challenging you to drink at least 1 smoothie every day for just 5 days. To have a little more fun, we’re turning this into a game!
Game Rules
- Monday thru Friday, we will post 1 new smoothie recipe named after a popular Street Fighter character
- You recreate the recipe
- Post a pic of your re-creation of the recipe on your social media channel (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google+)
- Hashtag the pic #FitMenCook
- Share your thoughts about the smoothie
If you don’t, then it’s Game Over.
At the end of 5 days, you’ll select which smoothie you enjoyed the most and we’ll see which Street Fighter character reigns supreme.
