For minimum of 6 servings of 2 large tablespoons:
- 3 medium avocados
- 6oz smoked wild salmon
- 1 celery stalk (chopped)
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro or coriander
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1.5 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- pepper to taste
