Season steak with Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning and add red pepper.
Start cooking steak on skillet.
Blend 3 crystallized ginger cubes and add to steak along with 1/2 cup chickpeas.
Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix.
Lastly add in 2 cups spinach and cover until steamed.
Sprinkle with tablespoon of dried ORANGE cranberries.
