Dairy Free Waffle Yogurt & Fruit Parfait
Ingredients
6oz cultured coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
1 toasted whole grain waffle; I like
Van’s brand
1/4 cup blueberries
2 strawberries, chopped
1/2 apricot
1/4 kiwi
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon cacao nibs
(optional)
Steps
Step 1
Toast the waffle and add it to a bowl.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients.
