Dairy Free Waffle Yogurt & Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  •  6oz cultured coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 toasted whole grain waffle; I like Van’s brand
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 apricot
  • 1/4 kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs (optional)

Steps

Step 1

Toast the waffle and add it to a bowl.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients.
